Common use of Nature of Membership Clause in Contracts

Nature of Membership. Membership does not confer or carry with it any interest in the property or assets of the Center, or any right on the part of Member to participate in the management or operations of the Center, financially or otherwise. Membership confers solely the non-exclusive right to use and enjoy the facilities of the Center in accordance with the Center’s rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”), which may be changed from time to time without prior notice by the Center and without the consent of Member.
