  • Economics The Parties shall facilitate the process of economic reform and the coordination of economic policies by cooperating to improve understanding of the fundamentals of their respective economies and the design and implementation of economic policy in market economies. To this end, the Parties shall exchange information on macroeconomic performance and prospects. The Community shall provide technical assistance so as to: - Assist the Republic of Azerbaijan in the process of economic reform by providing expert advisory and technical assistance; - Encourage cooperation among economists in order to expedite the transfer of knowhow for the drafting of economic policies, and provide for wide dissemination of policyrelevant research.

  • Upgrading You may request an Upgrade. For purposes of an Upgrade request, each individual who constitutes the Depositor under the agreement for Retail Direct Services is considered a required Signing Officer for purposes of acceptance of the Upgrade, and You agree to ensure that each such individual agrees to the Upgrade and accepts the terms of this Agreement before initiating the Upgrade request. Implementation of an Upgrade is subject to the approval of the Financial Institution.   • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS There are no budget implications. The applicant will be responsible for all costs, expenses, liabilities and obligations imposed under or incurred in order to satisfy the terms of this proposed development agreement. The administration of the proposed development agreement can be carried out within the approved 2019- 2020 budget and with existing resources.
