Negation of Agency. ACA and the COMPANY are independent entities. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create an agency, joint venture, franchise, or partnership relationship between the ACA and COMPANY and neither party shall hold itself as an agent, joint venturer, franchisor, franchisee or partner of the other party.
