NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. 12.1 The RTO:
(a) must not represent itself; and
(b) must ensure that its sub-contractors, employees and agents do not represent themselves; as being sub-contractors, employees or agents of Skills Tasmania.
12.2 The RTO’s sub-contractors, employees and agents of the RTO are taken to be, and always to have been, and to remain, sub-contractors, employees or agents of the XXX.
NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. 10.5.1 The Contractor shall not represent itself, and shall ensure that its officers, employees, agents and Subcontractors do not represent themselves, as being employees, partners or agents of the Commonwealth.
10.5.2 The Contractor, its officers, employees, agents and Subcontractors shall not by virtue of the Contract be, or for any purposes deemed to be, an employee, partner or agent of the Commonwealth.

9.2 The Consultant shall not by virtue of the Agreement be, or for any purpose be deemed to be, an employee or agent of SBC.
NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. 11.1 A party to this agreement will not represent itself, and will ensure that its officers, employees, agents and sub-contractors (if applicable) do not represent themselves, as being an officer, employee, partner or agent of another party to this agreement or as otherwise able to bind or represent another party to this agreement.
11.2 A party to this agreement is not by virtue of this agreement an officer, employee, partner or agent of another party to this agreement, nor does a party to this agreement have any power or authority to bind or represent another party to this agreement.
NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. 9.1 The Event Manager shall not represent itself, and shall ensure that its employees and agents do not represent themselves, as being employees or agents of SBC.
9.2 The Event Manager shall not by virtue of the Agreement be, or for any purpose be deemed to be, an employee or agent of SBC.
NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. 12.1. No representation by Contractor, sub-Contractors etc
(a) must not represent itself; and
(b) must ensure that its sub-contractors, employees and agents do not represent themselves; as being sub-contractors, employees or agents of Metro.
NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. 21.1 The Administering Institution shall not represent itself, and shall ensure that its employees and agents and the Grantee do not represent themselves as being employees or agents of the Cancer Institute NSW. Neither the Administering Institution nor the Grantee(s) shall, by virtue of this Agreement, be an employee or agent of the Cancer Institute NSW.
NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. The Contractor: shall not represent itself as being an employee or agent of the Council; acknowledges and that nothing in this Contract constitutes any relationship of employer and employee, principal or agent or partnership between the two parties or between the Council and any member of the Contractor’s Staff (or the Contractor’s assignees); and agrees that it is solely liable for all remuneration, claims and other entitlements payable to the Contractor’s Staff as well as complying with the requirements of the Taxation Administration Act of the Commonwealth and the GST Laws.
NEGATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND AGENCY. The parties acknowledge that the Contractor is an independent Contractor and in performing the Services is not for any purpose a partner, employee or agent of Council. The Contractor shall not be entitled to bind Council or pledge the credit of Council nor shall the Contractor be entitled to collect or to pay moneys on behalf of Council unless expressly authorised by Council to do so. The Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of employment conditions relating to the workforce performing the Services and shall be liable for, and indemnify Council against, any claim by any other party including, but not limited to, such items as Workers Compensation, Superannuation, Income Tax and any other government imposts, charges and levies.

8.1 shall not represent itself as being an employee or agent of the Council;
8.2 acknowledges and that nothing in this Contract or any Order constitutes any relationship of employer and employee, principal or agent or partnership between the two parties or between the Council and any member of the Contractor’s Staff (or the Contractor’s assignees); and
8.3 agrees that it is solely liable for all remuneration, claims and other entitlements payable to the Contractor’s Staff as well as complying with the requirements of the Taxation Administration Act of the Commonwealth and the GST Laws.
