Negation of Employment, Partnership and Agency. 6.1 The Commissioned Agent shall not by virtue of this SRA Agreement be or for any purpose be deemed to be an officer, employee, partner or agent of ACIAR or the Commonwealth, or as having power or authority to bind or represent ACIAR or the Commonwealth, and shall not represent itself, and shall ensure that its officers, employees, agents and sub-contractors do not represent themselves, as such.
