Negation of Employment, Partnership and Agency. (a) The Recipient must not represent itself, and must ensure that its employees, contractors, sub-contractors or agents do not represent themselves, as being an employee, partner or agent of the State or the Department or as otherwise able to bind or represent the State or Department. (b) The Recipient will not, by virtue of this Agreement, be or for any purpose be deemed to be, an employee, partner, or agent of the State or the Department, or have any power or authority to bind or represent the State or the Department.
