Common use of Negotiated Storage and Transportation Fee Clause in Contracts

Negotiated Storage and Transportation Fee. Within six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to agree on the Storage and Transportation Fee for the following Renewal Term. If the Parties cannot agree on the Storage and Transportation Fee for any Renewal Term prior to the commencement of such Renewal Term, the Storage and Transportation Fee in effect immediately prior to the commencement of such Renewal Term shall remain in effect for the duration of such Renewal Term, unless the Parties otherwise mutually agree.
