Either Party may request to negotiate a new Agreement after service of notice upon the other no earlier than one hundred and five days (105) nor later than sixty (60) days prior to the termination of the current Agreement term. 2. Negotiations of a new Agreement will be conducted pursuant to a Ground Rules Memorandum of Understand (MOU), agreed to between the Parties and approved by DCPAS, that establishes the specific parameters for said term negotiations.
