Negotiation Committees. The Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a negotiating committee of not more than three (3) employees, not more than one (1) per department and full time staff representatives of the United Steelworkers, and will recognize and deal with the said committee with respect to any matter which properly arises from time to time during the term of this Agreement, and the said committee will co-operate with the Employer in the administration of the Agreement.

Following are some of the highlights of the US-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement: Liberalization of Trade in Goods • 96% of Bahrain industrial and agricultural products will receive immediate duty-free access to the US markets upon entry to force of the Agreement. • Tariffs on the remaining products, which are not currently produced in Bahrain, will be phased-out according to the following staging categories: o Category A: Immediate duty-free access (96% of industrial and agricultural products). o Category B: Duties will be eliminated in 10 equal annual stages (1% of industrial and agricultural products).
Negotiation Committees. The Lakeview Teachers Association and the Board shall each establish their separate negotiations committee. Each committee shall be composed of not more than five (5) members. Neither party shall have the right to dictate the composition of the other's team. Each side has the right to use a consultant as a sixth member of the team. Negotiations shall be open to certified staff members, board members, administrative aides, and administrative staff members of the Lakeview Local School District as observers.

  • Negotiation Committee (A) The Union may designate certain employees to serve on its Negotiation Committee, and such employees will be granted administrative leave to attend negotiating sessions with the state. No employee shall be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee's regular workday for any day the employee is in negotiations. The agency shall not reimburse employees for travel, meals, lodging, or any expense incurred in connection with attendance at negotiating sessions.

  • UNION COMMITTEES Union Committees as provided for in this Agreement, will be of a size that will not unduly curtail production.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. No deduction from the regular pay of such Employees will be made for attendance at such meetings with the Employer’s representatives held during the Employee's regular working hours. The Union has the right to have up to an additional five (5) members, including Union Officers, on the Negotiating Committee at no cost to the Employer.
