NEGOTIATIONS DURING DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. During the negotiations leading up to this Agreement, each party had the opportunity to bargain on all proper matters. This represents the entire Agreement of the parties. It is further expressly understood and agreed that during its term, neither party shall be required to engage in further collective bargaining on any matter of subject, whether mentioned herein or not.
