Negotiations Information. 1. The Board agrees to assist the Association in the negotiation process by providing information available to and used by the Board negotiating committee and which may reasonably be expected to assist the Association to assess Board proposals and formulate their own proposals. The Board shall not be required to provide copies of its internal working documents to the Association. 2. Upon request, the Superintendent shall furnish to the President of the Association the names, salaries, degrees and prior experience of any teacher. 3. The Board will make available for inspection by the XXXX negotiating team all pertinent records, data, and information normally available to the citizens of Somerset Hills.
