Neighborhood Conditions. Tenant acknowledges that in every neighborhood there are conditions which different tenants may find objectionable. It shall be Tenant’s duty to become acquainted with any present or future neighborhood conditions which could affect the Property including without limitation land-fills, quarries, high-voltage power lines, cemeteries, airports, stadiums, odor producing factories, crime, schools serving the Property, political jurisdictional maps and land use and transportation maps and plan. If Tenant is concerned about the possibility of a registered sex offender residing in a neighborhood in which Tenant is interested, Tenant should review the Georgia Violent Sex Offender Registry available on the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Website at xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/xxx/xxxxxxxx.xxxx

Neighborhood Conditions. Tenant is advised to satisfy itself as to neighborhood or area conditions, including schools, proximity and adequacy of law enforcement, crime statistics, proximity of registered felons or offenders, fire protection, other governmental services, availability, adequacy and cost of any wired, wireless internet connections or other telecommunications or other technology services and installations, proximity to commercial, industrial or agricultural activities, existing and proposed transportation, construction and development that may affect noise, view, or traffic, airport noise, noise or odor from any source, wild and domestic animals, other nuisances, hazards, or circumstances, cemeteries, facilities and condition of common areas, conditions and influences of significance to certain cultures and/or religions, and personal needs, requirements and preferences of Tenant.
Neighborhood Conditions. Landlord makes no warranty as to the acceptable proximity, nature, presence, or otherwise condition of any after mentioned, or not mentioned, nearby surrounding peculiarities, in, or out of the Landlord’s control. Neighborhood Conditions. The bedspace you are renting at Calamigos is designed specifically for full-time college students. While we have behavioral expectations around noise in our student handbook, all residents need to recognize the unique nature that college students tend to keep late hours. In addition, our resort property also includes public restaurants, conference centers, hotel operations, wedding sites, and film studios and operations. We expect residents not to interfere with filmings, weddings, events, or other operations of Calamigos where guests have paid for exclusive rights to a part of Calamigos. Interference includes staying out of private areas, not having noise that interferes with filmings or weddings, and keeping an acceptable looking exterior to your housing. This exterior look includes keeping your porch clean, not using it as a storage or drying area, and only using deck furniture provided. By signing this agreement, the resident is satisfied as to neighborhood or area conditions, including, but not limited to, schools, proximity and adequacy of law enforcement, crime statistics, proximity of registered felons or offenders, fire protection, other governmental services, availability, adequacy and cost of any wired, wireless internet connections or other telecommunications or other technology services and installations, proximity to commercial, industrial or agricultural activities, existing and proposed transportation, construction and development that may affect noise, view, or traffic, airport noise, noise or odor from any source, wild and domestic animals, other nuisances, hazards, or circumstances, cemeteries, facilities and condition of common areas, conditions and influences of significance to certain cultures and/or religions, and personal needs, requirements and preferences of the resident.
