Premises and Property. (a) Tenant has not received notice of violation of any federal, state, county or municipal laws, regulations, ordinances, orders or directives (“Laws”) relating to the use or condition of the Premises or the Property; and (b) other than hazardous materials in quantities and of types reasonably and customarily associated with general office use which are stored, used and disposed of in compliance with all applicable Laws and which do not require compliance with any reporting requirements under any Law, no hazardous wastes or toxic substances, as defined by all applicable Laws, have been stored, used or disposed of on or about the Premises or the Property by Tenant.

Premises and Property. The Courthouse is a public space, and there may be public and office traffic during event. No food or drinks may be served during any event. Only water bottles may be brought into the Courthouse building. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the Courthouse premises. No smoking, candles, or open flames are allowed. The County reserves the right to deny any activity or equipment usage that could damage the Courthouse and/or its contents. Event activities must be confined to the room or combination of rooms rented. Lessee must not deface or damage the Courthouse premises or property and will be responsible for any damage to the property by Lessee or Xxxxxx’s guests or representatives. All Lessees, their guests, entertainment, etc. must vacate the premises at the end of the rental period so that the building can be secured. Any and all trash generated from the event must be removed from the building by the Lessee. Non-amplified music or bands are allowed in the Courthouse. Amplified music or bands require written approval from the County. County staff will not assist in setting up or dismantling of special events.
