Network & Systems Specialist. 1. Leads technology trainings sessions in a variety of learning formats; 2. Develops training materials and electronic trainings; 3. Resolve more challenging (level II) technical support requests; 4. Helps train, assist, and backup Technical Support Associates; 5. Assists in the administration and deployment of voice systems; 6. Runs call reports to monitor phone activity, assess call logs; 7. Works with engineering staff to plan, test, build-out, maintain, and administer network and application systems; 8. Monitors and maintains network and system monitoring tools; 9. Maintains and updates domain registration; 10. Creates and maintains system and network documentation for the TSU; and 11. Researches and recommends solutions that address user and program needs.
