Common use of Network Technical Requirements Clause in Contracts

Network Technical Requirements. The Cable System shall be designed, constructed and operated so as to meet those technical standards adopted by the FCC relating to Cable Systems contained in part 76 of the FCC’s rules and regulations as may be amended from time to time. The Cable System shall provide for a minimum Channel capacity of at least seventy-seven (77) Channels.
