Common use of Network Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Network Upgrades. Modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include: (i) Direct Connection Network Upgrades which are Network Upgrades that only serve the Customer Interconnection Facility and have no impact or potential impact on the Transmission System until the final tie-in is complete; and (ii) Non-Direct Connection Network Upgrades which are parallel flow Network Upgrades that are not Direct Connection Network Upgrades. 1. 26A New PJM Zone(s):
