Common use of Network Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Network Upgrades. Pursuant to Article 6.3 and Attachment 4 of the GIA, the Interconnection Customer shall provide financial security in the total amount of $0 to cover the costs for constructing, procuring and installing the Network Upgrades.

Network Upgrades. Pursuant to Article 6.3 11.5 and Attachment 4 Appendix B of the GIA, the Interconnection Customer shall provide financial security Interconnection Financial Security in the total amount of $0 for the second posting and $0 shall increase such amount to for the third posting to cover the costs for constructing, procuring and installing the Network Upgrades.
