Common use of NEUROLOGIC DISEASES Clause in Contracts

NEUROLOGIC DISEASES. Diseases during which the Central Nervous System and/or the Peripheral Nervous System are affected by a pathological process with origin and location within the structures of Central Nervous System and/ or the Peripheral Nervous System. It will not be considered a neurological disease to the effects of this insurance any disease or disorder which affects in a secondary way the Central Nervous System or the Peripheral Nervous System or which was caused by conditions or factors not related to the nervous system.
