NEW AND ABOLISHED CLASSIFICATIONS. The parties shall notify each other at least thirty (30) days in advance of recommendations by either party to re/establish or abolish any Bargaining Unit job classifications, or changes in classification job specifications, and/or pay ranges. In the case of establishing or assigning a pay range for any re/established classification, the Employer shall upon request meet and discuss with the Union the appropriate pay range for said classification.
