A committee comprised of 12 members, six appointed by DTU and six appointed by the Employer, shall report the progress of these pilots to the DTU and the Employer on a quarterly basis. Waivers or pilots established under section B (Contract Waiver and Oversight Committee) shall not be reviewed or monitored by the New and Innovative Programs Committee.
