Common use of New Assignment Probation Clause in Contracts

New Assignment Probation. An employee who has completed the one (1)-full duty year initial probationary period and subsequently undertakes a new position at the same level and job title, will then serve at the same level a ninety (90) calendar day probationary period. During this period, the employee may be returned to the previous assignment or a similar and equivalent assignment at the discretion of the Employer, and without recourse to the grievance procedure.
