Common use of New Job Classification Established Clause in Contracts

New Job Classification Established. When a new job classification is established, the rate of pay shall be set by the Company and the Union shall be advised of such new job classification and rate of pay. If, after thirty (30) calendar days, the Union deems the classification or rate of pay to be unsatisfactory, they shall advise the Human Relations Department of the Company in writing and the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with the Grievance and Arbitration Articles of this Agreement.
