New Measurement Techniques. If, at any time during the term hereof, a new method or technique is developed with respect to gas measurement or liquids measurement or to the determination of the factors used in such measurements, such new method or technique may be substituted for the method set forth in this Article 12 when the party employing such new method or technique receives consent from the other party.
New Measurement Techniques. If at any time a new industry accepted method or technique is developed with respect to gas measurement or the determination of the factors used in such gas measurement, such new method or technique may, at Gatherer’s sole election, be substituted.

Measurement of Liquid Volumes: Meters installed to measure LNG or Stabilized Condensate shall be maintained and operated in accordance with API MPMS Chapter 14, Section 7Mass Measurement of Natural Gas Liquids,” API MPMS Chapter 14, Section 4 “Method for Converting Mass of Natural Gas Liquids and Vapors to Equivalent Liquid Volumes,” API Standard 2534 “Measurement of Petroleum Liquid Hydrocarbons by Turbine Meter,” and API MPMS Chapter 14, Section 6, “Continuous Density Measurement,” as from time to time amended. If at any time during the term hereof, a new method or technique is developed with respect to measurement or the determination of the factors used in such measurement, such new method or technique may be substituted for the measurement set forth in this Section. C. Testing Measuring Equipment: Calibration and Test of Meters. The accuracy of all measuring equipment shall be verified by ELC at reasonable intervals, and if requested, in the presence of representatives of Customer, but neither Customer nor ELC shall be required to verify the accuracy of such equipment more frequently than once in any 30-Day period. If either party at any time desires a special test of any measuring equipment, it will promptly notify the other, and the parties shall then cooperate to secure a prompt verification of the accuracy of such equipment. In the event ELC’s Liquefaction Facilities go offline for more than twenty-four (24) hours, ELC shall have the right to test or inspect its equipment for damage within a reasonable period of time prior to resumption of service.
New Measurement Techniques. If, at any time during the term of this Agreement a new method or technique is developed with respect to Gas measurement or the determination of the factors used in such Gas measurement, then such new method or technique may, at Buyer’s reasonable discretion, be substituted for the method set forth in this Section 4 when such methods or techniques are in accordance with the currently accepted standards of the American Gas Association and are reasonably expected to provide no less accurate and verifiable bases of measurement.
