New River Wetlands Project SEP. The goal of this project is to support the continuation of the New River Wetlands Project education and outreach program. The New River Wetlands Project consists of two wetlands constructed to implement pollution control to reduce pollutants and improve the quality of water discharged from the New River into the Salton Sea. The Discharger shall issue Desert Wildlife Unlimited, Inc., $3,000, which shall be used to promote the education of school children, provide school filed trips to the New River Wetlands Project wetland sites, and implement the New River Wetlands Project wildlife program. Detailed plans concerning the education and outreach activities that shall be conducted by Desert Wildlife Unlimited, Inc., with the funds from the Discharger are provided in the Letter Agreement to Execute a Supplemental Environmental Project to Support the Citizen’s Congressional Task Force on the New River Wetland Education and Outreach Program between the Discharger and Desert Wildlife Unlimited, Inc., included herein as part of this SEP, and attached hereto as Attachment

  • Sub-projects 1. The Participating Bank shall make Sub-loans to Beneficiaries and appraise, review, approve, and supervise Sub-projects in accordance with the criteria, conditions and procedures set forth in the Operations Manual, including, inter alia, the following eligibility criteria:

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Development Area 10.4. The Development Area shall encompass all Deposits to be produced.
