New Service Arrangements. Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, profes- sional, or other services to CFSB or any of CFSB's subsidiaries that is not terminable by CFSB without penalty upon 60 days' or less no- xxxx, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $250,000, except for legal, account- ing, and other ordinary expenses related to this Plan of Merger.
New Service Arrangements. Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to Grand Premier or any of its subsidiaries that is not terminable by Grand Premier without penalty upon 60 days' or less notice; except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $50,000 and except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses related to this Plan of Merger.
New Service Arrangements. Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to O.A.K. or any O.A.K. Subsidiary that is not terminable by O.A.K. without penalty upon 30 days' or less notice, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $10,000, and except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses (not including expenses of financial advisors) related to this Plan of Merger, and except for year-end audit services with Xxxxxx & Xxxxx PLLC.
New Service Arrangements. Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to First Evergreen or First Evergreen Bank that is not terminable by First Evergreen or First Evergreen Bank without penalty upon 60 days' or less notice, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $50,000, except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses related to this Plan of Merger, and data processing agreements relating to Year 2000 compliance.

Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to Pinnacle or any of Pinnacle's subsidiaries that is not terminable by Pinnacle without penalty upon 60 days' or less notice, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $50,000, except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses related to this Plan of Merger.
New Service Arrangements. Not enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, data processing, or other services to the Corporation or any of its direct or indirect subsidiaries which is not terminable by the Corporation or a direct or indirect subsidiary without penalty upon 60 days' or less notice.
New Service Arrangements. Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to ICNB or any Subsidiary that is not terminable by ICNB without penalty upon 60 days’ or less notice, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $25,000, and except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses (not including expenses of financial advisors) related to this Plan of Merger.

Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to Keystone or any Subsidiary that is not terminable by Keystone without penalty upon 60 days’ or less notice, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $25,000, and except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses (not including expenses of financial advisors) related to this Plan of Merger; provided, however, that Keystone’s total transaction expenses shall not exceed $600,000.
New Service Arrangements. Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to Shoreline or any Subsidiary that is not terminable by Shoreline without penalty upon 60 days' or less notice, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $175,000, and except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses (not including expenses of financial advisors) related to this Plan of Merger.

Take no action to enter into, or commit to enter into, any agreement for trust, consulting, professional, or other services to Company or Company's Subsidiaries that is not terminable by Company or Company's Subsidiaries without penalty upon 60 days' or less notice, except for contracts for services under which the aggregate required payments do not exceed $25,000, and except for legal, accounting, and other ordinary expenses (not including expenses of financial advisors) related to this Agreement.
