Common use of New Use Reports Clause in Contracts

New Use Reports. Within fifteen (15) days following the commencement of any use of a commercial announcement Producer shall report the following information to the Local in whose jurisdiction the recording session took place, or elsewhere if requested by the AFM/CFM: title of the commercial announcement, advertiser for whom made, product advertised, date of the recording or dubbing session, broadcast media for which originally made, additional broadcast media in which such different use has commenced, and date upon which such use has commenced. Such report shall be made either in form of a copy of a Form B contract or otherwise. The aforesaid provisions shall also apply when a commercial announcement is used in foreign countries.
