Common use of New Zealand Courts Clause in Contracts

New Zealand Courts. Each of the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally agrees that the Courts of New Zealand shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine each suit, action or proceeding (proceedings) and to settle disputes that may arise out of or in connection with this Deed and for these purposes irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
