Common use of News/Information Release Clause in Contracts

News/Information Release. The Contractor agrees that it will not issue any news releases or upload County logos or other information onto any website in connection with either the award of this Contract or any subsequent amendment of or effort under this Contract without first obtaining review and written approval from the County through the County’s Project Manager. All press releases, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., are to be administered only by the County unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.
