Night School. 6.19.1 Teachers who teach at night school shall be paid at the rate of per hour of 1/1000 minimum of Category 2 as specified in 6.01.
Night School. 8.1 Pay for teaching in the Night School Program shall be at the rate of .00065 of beginning base.
Night School. A. The Night School Lead Teacher should be a tenured faculty member in District 201. The Night School Lead Teacher stipend shall be equal to the Night School Teacher stipend in Appendix II for each session. The Night School Lead Teacher will be required to attend all Night School registration dates and Night School teacher orientation dates. The Night School Lead Teacher will be released one (1) hour prior to the end of each Night School day. Additional hours beyond these requirements worked by the Night School Lead Teacher must have advance approval from the Night School Administrator in order to be paid. Such approved extra hours will be compensated at an hourly rate determined by the following formula: number of hours worked multiplied by the trimester stipend divided by sixty (60) (the regular number of Night School teacher worker hours). The Night School Lead Teacher shall be present for Night School to perform administrative duties during the Night School session. If no tenured Xxxxxx teacher applies for the position of Night School Lead Teacher, the Board may, at its discretion, either select a non-tenured Xxxxxx teacher applicant or appoint an appropriate Xxxxxx Administrator to fill the position of Night School Lead Teacher.
B. The District shall post available Night School teaching positions on the District’s website. The District shall first fill available Night School teaching positions with J. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx District employees. Qualified Xxxxxx teachers shall be hired first for Night School teaching positions. If there are insufficient Xxxxxx teacher applicants, other licensed non- administrative staff who apply may be hired. If vacancies for Night School teacher positions remain for which no licensed Xxxxxx employees apply, licensed teachers who are not Xxxxxx employees will be awarded Night School teaching positions if no qualified Xxxxxx employee has applied for the position by the expiration of the five (5) day posting period.
C. Any teacher who is instructing any Night School session course during which two (2) semester courses are taught simultaneously in the same classroom shall receive one and one-half (1.5) times the Night School rate of pay.
Night School. The apprentice total hour requirement is also reduced by the night school classes, e.g. 20 nights x 3 hours = 60 hour reduction. All apprentices who enter the apprenticeship program af- ter May 1, 1989, who do not take the required Provincial Trade School courses will have their employment status reviewed by the Employer and the Union jointly.
Night School. 10.4.1 A teacher may fulfil contractual requirements with the Board by accepting any combination of Day School, Night School or Summer School credit courses.
10.4.2 A certified teacher on contract with the Board who, in addition to a contractual Day School assignment, teaches a credit course program at Night School, shall be paid ten percent (10%) of the appropriate grid position (which includes vacation pay), for each credit course taught.
10.4.3 The Board may appoint in accordance to the same procedure as in Article 6.4.3.1, a teacher as an administrative assistant to Night School to perform counselling and/or administrative duties prorated to two (2) hours per week/semester more than the hours per week/semester equalling one (1) credit course.
10.4.4 The above clauses will pertain to Summer School whenever the Board decides to run Summer School.
Night School. The procedure and pay for night school teaching will be the same as for summer school. The final decision on appointment for both summer and night school is not grievable.
Night School. The supervisor shall be paid two thousand dollars and eighty-six dollars ($2,086) per semester.
Night School. (i) Effective September 1st, 2008, the supervisor shall be paid two thousand, one hundred and forty-nine dollars ($2,149).
(ii) Effective September 1st, 2009, the supervisor shall be paid two thousand, two hundred and thirteen dollars ($2,213).
(iii) Effective September 1st, 2010, the supervisor shall be paid two thousand, two hundred and seventy-nine dollars ($2,279).
(iv) Effective September 1st, 2011, the supervisor shall be paid two thousand, three hundred and forty-eight dollars ($2,348).

The apprentice will also be required to attend a disciplinary committee meeting appointed by the Local Apprentice Committee which will have the authority to add any further disciplinary measures.
