Faculty Responsibility for Grades. Teachers shall submit end-of-term grade reports by 8:30 a.m. on the Tuesday after the term ends unless the deadline is extended by the Administration.‌ Grade verifications must be turned in prior to 8:00 a.m. the day after distribution. Class records are to be turned in five (5) school days after the report cards are distributed for the first semester.‌

  • SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES Contractor will adhere to all applicable CalOSHA requirements in performing work pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor agrees that in the performance of work under this Agreement, Contractor will provide for the safety needs of its employees and will be responsible for maintaining the standards necessary to minimize health and safety hazards.
