The City may not impose additional development obligations or regulations in connection with the ownership or Development of the Property, except in accordance with the procedures and provisions of § 6-31-80 (B) of the Act, which the Owner, Developer, or a Subsequent Developer, as applicable, shall have the right to challenge.

  • STUDENT OBLIGATIONS The student agrees to use the property as his or her personal residence.
