PDD Standards definition

PDD Standards or “Planned Development District Standards” means the Planned Development District Standards approved by the City of Hardeeville contemporaneously herewith, and attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference.
PDD Standards means the Southpoint Planned Development District Standards and Concept Plan approved by the City of Hardeeville on , 2022, attached as Exhibit B and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
PDD Standards means the Gateway Oasis RV & Residential Planned Development District Standards and Concept Plan approved by the City of Hardeeville on , 2022, attached as Exhibit B and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  • To the extent of ambiguity, the parties shall attempt to review same consistent with the terms of the PDD Standards and the MZDO.

  • The City agrees to allow plat recording with a bond of 125% of the infrastructure cost prior to completion of infrastructure development and to issue building permits and permit sale of lots prior to completion of such bonded infrastructure; in accordance with the MZDO as modified by the PDD Standards for this Property.

  • In the event of a conflict among the documents, the hierarchy of documents is: 1) the Development Agreement; 2) the PDD Standards; and 3) the MZDO; and 4) other applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations governing development and uses for the Property.

  • If applicable, further provisions regarding Storm Water are included within the PDD Standards for this Project.

  • The City agrees to review all land use changes, land development applications, and plats in an expeditious manner in accordance with the MZDO as modified by the PDD Standards for this Project.

  • Signage for the Project is governed by the PDD Standards, Zoning Regulations, and the MZDO, as applicable.

  • Roadway section details shall be submitted for review at the time of development permit applications, as provided in the PDD Standards.

  • The City agrees that the Property is approved and fully vested for intensity, density, development fees, uses and height, and shall not have any City obligations for any off- site transportation or other facilities or improvements other than as provided in this Agreement, but must adhere to the current PDD Standards, subdivision plat, and development plan procedural guidelines in accordance with the then current MZDO.


More Definitions of PDD Standards

PDD Standards means the land development regulations for the Property attached as Exhibit B as adopted by the City through the PDD Ordinance, also sometimes referred to as the “Zoning Regulations.”

Related to PDD Standards

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Technical Specification.

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Reliability Standards means the criteria, standards, rules and requirements relating to reliability established by a Standards Authority.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • harmonised standard means harmonised standard as defined in point (c) of point 1 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012;

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Order Form;

  • National Standards means the document entitled “National Standards for the Volatile Organic Compound Content of Canadian Commercial/Industrial Surface Coating Products Automotive Refinishing, October 1998, PN 1288" and published by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment;

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause means:

  • Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);

  • Water quality standards means provisions of state or federal law which consist of a designated use or uses for the waters of the Commonwealth and water quality criteria for such waters based upon such uses. Water quality standards are to protect the public health or welfare, enhance the quality of water and serve the purposes of the State Water Control Law (§ 62.1-44.2 et seq. of the Code of Virginia) and the federal Clean Water Act (33 USC § 1251 et seq.).

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Applicable water quality standards means all water quality standards to which a discharge is subject under the federal Clean Water Act and which has been (a) approved or permitted to remain in effect by the Administrator following submission to the Administrator pursuant to Section 303(a) of the Act, or (b) promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 303(b) or 303(c) of the Act, and standards promulgated under (APCEC) Regulation No. 2, as amended.

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement

  • Clean water standards, as used in this clause, means any enforceable limitation, control, condition, prohibition, standard, or other requirement promulgated under the Water Act or contained in a permit issued to a discharger by the Environmental Protection Agency or by a State under an approved program, as authorized by Section 402 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1342), or by local government to ensure compliance with pre-treatment regulations as required by Section 307 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. § 1317).

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Regulatory Requirement means any law, regulation or court order, or any rule, direction, guideline, code, notice or restriction (whether or not having the force of law) issued by any regulatory authority, governmental agency (including tax authority), clearing or settlement bank or exchange, or industry or self-regulatory body, whether in or outside Hong Kong, to which HKICL, we or any other Participant or the respective affiliates or group companies, or you are subject or are expected to comply with from time to time.

  • Federal safety requirements means applicable provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. and all

  • Minimum Standards means standards of practice that interpret the legal definition of nursing as well as provide criteria against which violations of the law can be determined.

  • Good Industry Practices means the practices that would be adopted by, and the exercise of that degree of care, skill, diligence, prudence and foresight that reasonably would be expected from, a competent contractor in the international oil and gas industry experienced in performing work similar in nature, size, scope and complexity to the Work and under conditions comparable to those applicable to the Work, where such work is subject to, and such contractor is seeking to comply with, the standards and codes specified in the Contract or (to the extent that they are not so specified) such national or international standards and codes as are most applicable in the circumstances, and the applicable Law.
