No Amendment of Constituent Documents, Etc. (i) Consent to any amendment, supplement or other modification of any of the terms or provisions of its Constituent Documents that could reasonably be expected to have an adverse effect on Borrower or Lenders or (ii) except to the extent required by law or Issuer to maintain its tax, regulatory and organizational status, as set forth in Section 4.7 of the Partnership Agreement, permit Issuer GP to consent to any amendment, supplement or other modification of any of the terms or provisions of the Constituent Documents of Issuer that could reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on the Collateral (as defined in the Pledge Agreement).
