Agreement to Lease Landlord agrees to lease to Tenant and Tenant agrees to lease from Landlord, according to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Premises.
ORIGINAL LEASE The single executed original of this Lease marked "THIS COUNTERPART IS THE ORIGINAL EXECUTED COUNTERPART" on the signature page thereof and containing the receipt of the Lessor therefor on or following the signature page thereof shall be the Original Executed Counterpart of this Lease (the "Original Executed Counterpart"). To the extent that this Lease constitutes chattel paper, as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction, no security interest in this Lease may be created through the transfer or possession of any counterpart other than the Original Executed Counterpart.
Amendments; Renewal Any amendments, consents to or waivers of the terms of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. The parties may renew this Contract by their signed, written instrument.
TERM OF AGREEMENT AND RENEWAL The Agreement shall remain in effect from the date of execution hereof through the expiration of a one year period, and may be renewed upon the mutual consent of the Parties.
Lease Agreement On the terms stated in this Lease, Landlord leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant leases the Premises from Landlord, for the Term beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date unless extended or sooner terminated pursuant to this Lease.
Modification of Agreement This Agreement may be modified, amended, suspended or terminated, and any terms or conditions may be waived, but only by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
ALTERATION OF AGREEMENT A. It is hereby agreed that any alteration or modification of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties only if agreed to in writing by both parties.
Amendment or Modification This Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time only by a written instrument that is executed by the Member.
Term of Agreement and Renewals The Agreement with TIPS is for approximately three (3) years with an option for renewal for an additional one
Definition of Building Where Lift Required 1.1 A passenger/materials lift shall be provided on a building which shall, when complete, consist of more than six (6) storey levels excluding the roof, parapets and basement levels (if any), but including the ground floor. (Refer to Sub Clause 2.1 herein.)
