Lease of Premises and Term. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant accepts the premises (hereinafter known as "demised premises" or "Premises"), located on the 1st floor and known as Suite 133 being described in the plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A" in the Building for the Term as set forth in Section 1 hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided herein, commencing on the Commencement Date set forth in Section 1 hereof and ending on the Termination Date set forth in Section 1 hereof to be occupied and used by Tenant for the Use as defined in Section 1 hereof, and no other purpose, subject to the agreements herein contained.
