No Animals; Excessive Noise. No animals shall be allowed in the Building, other than service animals for disabled persons. Neither Tenant nor Tenant’s Occupants shall disturb the occupants of the Building or adjoining buildings or space by the use of any electronic equipment or musical instrument or by the making of loud or improper noises.
