No Annoying Light, Sounds or Odors. No light shall be emitted from any portion of a Lot which is unreasonably bright or causes unreasonable glare; no sound shall be emitted on any portion of a Lot or in any dwelling unit which is unreasonably loud or annoying, and no odor shall be emitted from any portion of a Lot or dwelling unit which is unreasonably noxious or offensive to others.

  • NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its personnel shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.

  • No Weapons or Firearms Except as provided by statute and District policy, all District properties are weapons- and firearms-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from possessing on its persons or in its vehicles any weapons or firearms while on District property.

  • No Gifts or Gratuities Party shall not give title or possession of anything of substantial value (including property, currency, travel and/or education programs) to any officer or employee of the State during the term of this Agreement.

  • NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The meaning of the words "strike" and "lockout" shall be as defined in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.

  • STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS During the term of this Collective Agreement the Union agrees that there shall be no strike and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lock-out. Subject to any Labour Relations Board (or any succeeding body) directives, if an employee employed under the terms of this Collective Agreement refuses in good conscience to cross a legal picket line, the employee shall be considered to be absent without pay, and it shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held the Union will not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown, or any stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer's operation through its members.

  • No Smoking All District properties are tobacco-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from using any tobacco product on District property.

It is mutually agreed and understood that during the period this Agreement is in force and effect the Union will not authorize or engage in any strike, slowdown, or work stoppage. Represented employees are also bound by the above. The City agrees not to conduct a lockout against any of the employees covered by this agreement during the term of this Agreement.
