NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.01 The Union agrees that there shall be no strikes and the Employer agrees that there shall be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The meaning of the words "strike" and "lockout" shall be as defined in The Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 5.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by the agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union and the Company agree that during the life of this agreement there will be no strikes, lock-outs, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 7.01 The Union undertakes that there shall be no strike as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement.
7.02 The Employer undertakes that there shall be no lockout as defined in the Labour Relations Act during the term of this Agreement.
7.03 The refusal to cross a picket line in support of a legal strike among employees of the Employer shall not be considered as a breach of this Agreement.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 15.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by the agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the parties agree that, during the lifetime of this Agreement and while negotiations for a renewal Agreement are taking place, the Union shall not permit or encourage any strike, and the Employer shall not lock out any of its employees.
15.02 The words "strike" and “lock-out" as used herein are agreed to have the meanings defined for these words in the present Ontario Labour Relations Act as amended.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. 6.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strike, slowdown or stoppage of or interference with work or production, either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lock-out of employees.
6.02 Any employee who violates Article 6.01 shall be subject to discipline, which may include discharge.
NO STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. There shall be no strikes or lock-outs for the duration of this Agreement, except if the Parties have bargained collectively, pursuant to the Trade Union Act of Nova Scotia, and have failed to conclude revisions to the Collective Agreement.

The Union agrees that neither it, nor its Representatives will, during the term of this Agreement, authorize, call, cause, condone, sanction, encourage, support or take part in any strike, work stoppage, picketing, slowdown or curtailment or restriction of production, or interference with work in the Employer's work-place or premises.
