Common use of No Anti-Social Forces Clause in Contracts

No Anti-Social Forces. (a) No Loan Party shall become an Anti-Social Force. (b) No Loan Party has conducted or will conduct, either by itself or through the use of third parties, any actions that fall under any of the following: (i) a demand with violence; (ii) an unreasonable demand beyond legal responsibility; (iii) an action with the use of intimidating words or actions in relation to transactions; (iv) an action to defame the reputation or interfere with the business of any Mandated Lead Arranger, the Administrative Agent, or any Lender by spreading rumour, using fraudulent means or resorting to force; or (v) other actions similar to the foregoing.
