  • No Benefit Nothing in this Supplemental Indenture, express or implied, shall give to any Person other than the parties hereto and their successors or assigns, and the Holders, any benefit or legal or equitable rights, remedy or claim under this Supplemental Indenture or the Base Indenture.

  • No Benefits Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.

  • No Beneficiary Designation If the Executive dies without a valid beneficiary designation, or if all designated Beneficiaries predecease the Executive, then the Executive’s spouse shall be the designated Beneficiary. If the Executive has no surviving spouse, the benefits shall be made to the personal representative of the Executive’s estate.

  • No Benefit to Bailee We will not recognize any assignment or grant any coverage that benefits a person or organization holding, storing or moving property for a fee regardless of any other provision of this policy.

  • No Benefit to Others The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and they shall not be construed as conferring and are not intended to confer any rights on any other persons.

  • No Benefit to Third Parties The representations, warranties, covenants and agreements set forth in this Agreement are for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns, and they will not be construed as conferring any rights on any other parties.

  • No Third Party Beneficiary Nothing expressed or implied in this Agreement is intended, or shall be construed, to confer upon or give any person other than the Company, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, legal representatives, successors and assigns, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.

  • No Designated Beneficiary If the Participant dies before the date distributions begin and there is no designated beneficiary as of September 30 of the year following the year of the Participant’s death, distribution of the Participant’s entire interest will be completed by December 31 of the calendar year containing the fifth anniversary of the Participant’s death.

  • Third Party Beneficiary The Owner Trustee is a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement and is entitled to the rights and benefits hereunder and may enforce the provisions hereof as if it were a party hereto.

  • Beneficiary The Participant may file with the Committee a written designation of a beneficiary on such form as may be prescribed by the Committee and may, from time to time, amend or revoke such designation.
