No Boycott. Pursuant to Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, Provider certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criterion under Section 2270.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. Provider shall state in this Agreement any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification.
No Boycott. The Lender represents and warrants it is not engaged in a boycott of Israel as defined by A.R.S. § 35-393.01.
No Boycott. The Lessee shall not participate in or cooperate with an international boycott, as defined in Section 999 (b)(3) and (4) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended, or engage in conduct declared to be unlawful by Section 2 of Chapter 15IE of the Massachusetts General Laws.
No Boycott. By entering into this Purchase Contract, the Underwriter certifies that it and its parent company, wholly or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates, if any, are not currently engaged in, and for the duration of this Purchase Contract will not engage in, a boycott of goods or services from the State of Israel, companies doing business in or with the State of Israel or authorized by, licensed by, or organized under the laws of the State of Israel, or persons or entities doing business in the State of Israel. The Underwriter understands that “boycott” means refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations, but does not include an action made for ordinary business purposes.
No Boycott. Pursuant to Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criteria under Section 2271.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this contract. Contractor shall state in this contract any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification.
No Boycott. If this [Contract] has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds of [TTUS], and if [Contractor] is a company, other than a sole proprietorship, with ten (10) or more full-time employees, then pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2270.002, [Contractor] affirmatively states that it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this [Contract]. In this paragraph, the terms “company” and “boycott Israel” shall have the meanings described in Texas Government Code § 808.001. [Delete the paragraph if the contract is NOT EXPENSE.]
No Boycott. If this Contract has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds of Xxxxxx State University, and if the Construction Manager-at-risk is a company, other than a sole proprietorship, with ten (10) or more full-time employees, then pursuant to Texas Government Code
No Boycott. If this Agreement has a value of $100,000 or more that is to be paid wholly or partly from public funds of TTU, and if OC is a company, other than a sole proprietorship, with ten (10) or more full-time employees, then pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2271, OC affirmatively states that it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement have the meanings described in Texas Government Code §808.001.
No Boycott. Pursuant to Texas Gov’t Code Section 2270.002, Exhibitor affirmatively states that it does not boycott Israel. Additionally, Exhibitor shall not engage in a boycott of Israel during the term of the Agreement.
No Boycott. In accordance with Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code (as added by Tex. H.B. 89, 85th Leg., R.S. (2017)), Owner verifies that it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement.
