No Boycott Sample Clauses

No Boycott. Pursuant to Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, Provider certifies that either (i) it meets an exemption criterion under Section 2270.002; or (ii) it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. Provider shall state in this Agreement any facts that make it exempt from the boycott certification.

No Boycott. The Lender represents and warrants it is not engaged in a boycott of Israel as defined by A.R.S. § 35-393.01.
