No Breach of Agreements. The entry of this Agreement will not cause a default of any other agreement to which any party hereto is a party. No party to this Agreement is in breach of any agreement to which it is a party which will be material to its performance under this Agreement nor will any party during the term of this Agreement be in contravention of or default under any order, law or regulation binding upon it. The execution and delivery of this Agreement, consummation of the transactions herein contemplated and compliance with the terms hereof will not constitute or result in a default under or contravene any provision by any party of the limited partnership agreement or any other agreement, order, law or regulation related to the Fund.
No Breach of Agreements. This Agreement does not breach or violate any term or provision of any other agreement or contract to which Purchaser is a party.
No Breach of Agreements. Neither the execution and delivery of ----------------------- the Transactions Documents or any other agreement or instrument to be delivered to the Purchaser in connection therewith, nor the consummation of the transactions contemplated thereby, by the Company, shall have conflicted with or resulted in a breach of or constituted a violation or default under (A) any provision of the Articles of Incorporation or By- laws, each as amended to date, of the Company, or (B) the provision of any indenture, instrument or agreement to which the Company is a party or by which it or any of its properties is bound, or (C) any order, writ, judgment, award, injunction, decree, law, statute, rule or regulation, license or permit applicable to the Company.
No Breach of Agreements. Seller's execution of this Agreement and the consummation of the transaction evidenced by this Agreement do not violate Seller's certificate of incorporation or any agreement or contract to which Seller is a party or which affects the Property, nor to Seller's knowledge, any law, statute or ordinance which is binding upon the Property or Seller.
No Breach of Agreements. This Agreement and the consummation of ----------------------- the transaction evidenced by this Agreement will not violate any other agreement to which Seller is a party or their respective organizational documents, or any law, statute or ordinance which is binding upon the Property or Seller.
No Breach of Agreements. That Juneau will not breach any other agreement or arrangement by entering into or performing this Lease.
No Breach of Agreements. That Tetlin will not breach any other agreement or arrangement by entering into or performing this Lease; that the consummation of this Lease will not result in or constitute a default or an event that, with notice or lapse of time or both, would be a default, breach or violation of any lease, license, promissory note, conditional sales contract, commitment, or any other agreement, instrument or arrangement to which Tetlin is a party, or by which it is bound.
No Breach of Agreements. This Agreement and the consummation of the transaction evidenced by this Agreement will not violate any other agreement to which Seller is a party (except that the consummation of this transaction will require the consent by the Mortgagee, or its organizational documents, or any law, statute or ordinance which is binding upon the Properties or Seller, as applicable.
No Breach of Agreements. This Agreement does not breach or violate aoy term or provision of aoy other agreement or contract to which Seller is a party.
No Breach of Agreements. Starwin has not breached, and there is no pending or threatened claim that Starwin has breached, any of the terms or conditions of any agreements, contracts or commitments to which it is a party or its properties are bound. Starwin has previously given IMOT copies of or access to all material contracts, commitments and/or agreements to which Starwin is a party, including all relationships or dealings with related parties or affiliates.
