Common use of No Brokerage Clause in Contracts

No Brokerage. No broker, finder or Person acting in a similar capacity has been employed or retained by Equipment Owner, or by any of its respective Affiliates, in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no Person is entitled to receive any brokerage, finders' or similar fee or commission in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.
