No Brokers, Finders, Etc. None of the Parties has engaged any agent, broker, finder or investment or commercial banker in connection with the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated hereby.

No broker, finder, agent or similar intermediary ("Broker") has acted on behalf of the Company or the Seller in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, and there are no brokerage commissions, finder's fees or similar fees or commissions payable in connection therewith.
