No Cargo discharged or loaded. In the event that a Vessel does not discharge or load any Cargo whilst in Port of Melbourne Waters, the Owner or the Shipping Agent shall, within 48 hours of the departure of the Vessel from Port of Melbourne Waters, cause written notice to be provided to Port of Melbourne that no Cargo was discharged or loaded, as the case may be.
