No Case. Students who do not use the provided case will be responsible for the full amount of the repair/replacement of the chromebook. ● Loss of Device: Students or families will be liable for any device which is lost or stolen. While a police report will be required to be submitted, the student or family will be liable for the full cost to replace the device. ● Lost device (see fee schedule below) Any person who, with intent to defraud or knowing that he/she is facilitating a fraud against an insurer, submits an application or files a claim containing a false or deceptive statement is guilty of insurance fraud, a Federal Offense.
