No Change of Law. To the knowledge of Seller and Walbro, excluding general business and economic conditions, no legislative or regulatory proposal has been adopted or is pending that reasonably would be expected to adversely affect the production, assembly, marketing, or sale of any Product or that is applicable to the operations of the Business and that reasonably would be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

No Change of Law. Since the date of this Agreement, no foreign, federal, state, or local law, legislation, rule or regulation shall have been enacted or adopted or become apparent through interpretation that has a Material Adverse Effect on the ability of Seller, Walbro or Buyer to consummate the transactions contemplated herein or to enjoy the benefits of such transactions.

  • Change of Law In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, references to a statutory provision include references to that statutory provision as from time to time amended, extended or re- enacted and any regulations made under it, provided that in the event that the amendment, extension or re-enactment of any statutory provision or introduction of any new statutory provision has a material impact on the obligations of either Party, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to agree such amendments to this Agreement as may be appropriate in the circumstances. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.
