No Changes to Facilities. Procedures or Practices. So that NMC ------------------------------------------------- will be capable of Operating the Plant in accordance with the Operating License and other applicable regulatory requirements, Contracting Owner agrees that it will not make, and shall obtain commitments from any future independent transmission system owner or operator or other similar entity, as applicable, that it will not make, any changes to facilities, procedures or practices that affect compliance with NRC regulations or commitments, including, but not limited to, physical changes to the electrical transmission or distribution facilities that directly provide an off-site power supply to the Plant without prior consultation with and written consent from NMC, which consent NMC shall not unreasonably withhold.
