Operating License. The Hotel, reserve the right to fully protect its operating license and will decline to continue service to any guest whose behaviour is considered inappropriate by any overindulgence in drinking. The Hotel will not serve or allow any person to purchase alcohol for any person under the legal drinking age of eighteen. No alcohol will be served after 02:00 AM.
Operating License. Seller will operate the Community diligently, and only in the ordinary course of business and to maintain its operating license in good standing through the Closing. From and after the date hereof until the earlier of the Closing or the termination of this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereunder, neither Seller shall, except as consented to by Buyer (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), apply for or obtain any additional operating license (or modify the scope of any existing operating license) for the provision of nursing, residential care facility for the elderly, assisted living, congregate care or other health care services at the Community (including any beds or units at the Community), except in the ordinary course of business.

Operating License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, with respect to each Licensed Product, the Licensee is granted solely during the Term (as defined in Section 11), a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license (with multiple server nodes if Clustering is purchased) to install, store, load, execute and display the Licensed Product(s), solely in support of Licensee’s internal business activities (collectively, “Use”). For each license and additional server node(s) purchased as part of this Agreement, the license granted hereby allows (a) installation of Licensed Product(s) on only one “live production” server site, one “test environment” server site, and one “disaster recovery server” site, (b) Use of as many copies of the Licensed Product, for an unlimited number of concurrent users, and on as many end user PC’s as required for such Use. The Licensed Product(s) may be deleted from the server on which they were originally installed and may be relocated to and Used on another server by Licensee. The rights and licenses granted to Licensee with respect to the Licensed Product(s) are limited to those expressly stated in this Agreement, and no other rights or licenses shall arise by implication or otherwise.
Operating License. 6.1. The Kraal Restaurant reserves the right to fully protect its operating license and shall decline to continue service to any guest whose behavior is considered inappropriate or by the Kraal Restaurant or any of its staff members.
6.2. The Kraal Restaurant will not serve or allow any person to purchase alcohol for any person under the legal drinking age of eighteen (18). No alcohol will be served after 2 AM and before 12 PM.

Subject to payment of the License Fee, you may install the Licensed Product on as many Computers as you have bought Licenses and you may use the Licensed Product during the Term to perform your work and process your own data. The License file you will receive after purchase one (1) License may only be used on one domain and it will be bound to the fully qualified domain name (FQHN) which you will have to supply to Sysprint AG upon purchase. Sysprint AG will not license the Print Settings Enforcere to workgroup computers, your computers where the purchased license is going to be used on needs to be on a domain with a fully qualified domain name (FQDN). Upon purchase of one (1) license you are eligable to receive one (1) license file for one (1)
Operating License. Subject to your payment of the License Fee by its due date specified in the invoice, you may install and use the Licensed Product in accordance with the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Agreement and the licensing and usage rules for the type of Licensed Product you have acquired, as set out in the Documentation and/or Order Document. Unless the Order Document and/or Documentation for the Licensed Product expressly states that the Licensed Product is for hosting use, the Licensed Product must only be downloaded, installed, run accessed or used for your internal use. If the Order Document and/or the Documentation expressly state that the Licensed Product is for hosting use, the Licensed Product must only be used for hosting (as defined in the applicable Order Document and/or Documentation) and must not be used for your internal use.
Operating License. Customer is granted a nonexclusive license to install the Licensed Product for internal use on appropriately configured equipment and to install, store, load, execute and display (collectively, "Use") the Licensed Product by no more than 4 users at any one time. The Licensed Product may be deleted from the machine on which it was originally installed and may be relocated to and used on another machine by Customer, subject to the foregoing limitations. In the event Customer exceeds number of permitted users, Customer shall pay to PowerPhone the appropriate license fees for the additional users.
