No Charge for Mutual Benefits of Interconnection. Both the New England Transmission System and New York Transmission System, by virtue of being connected to each other and with a much larger Interconnection, share Mutual Benefits such as transient and steady-state support. NYISO and ISO-NE shall not charge one another for such Mutual Benefits.
